Salary/Hourly Pay: £16.60 per hour + Weekend enhancements
Hours: Friday - Monday, 40hrs a week
Location: Distington
As a LGV driver, you will responsibly and safely drive all modes of LGV transport within the transport non-compaction department, collecting recycling and/or waste products from customers’ sites and take them to the designated tipping site. To always operate in a safe manner, following the Company’s safety guidelines and procedures.

How you’ll make an impact
- To responsibly and safely drive LGVs, collecting recycling and/or waste products from customers’ sites and taking them to the designated tipping site/location
- To ensure all jobs are recorded electronically on the vehicle tablets & all other paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and submitted were appropriate
- To always operate in a safe manner, following the Company’s safety guidelines and procedures
This role can be physically demanding and is predominantly based outdoors.
Qualifications / Experience
·Essential:
- A driving licence appropriate for driving LGV C+E (Class 1) vehicles
- A valid Driver CPC and digital tachograph driver card
- Previous experience driving LGVs (preferably hooklift)
