We are looking to hire an experienced and motivated head dental nurse who will predominantly be treatment co-ordinating but will also be leading our dental nursing team and assist the practitioners if required.
This a full time position.37.25 hrs/wk
Opening hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 0900-1700
Wednesday 0900-1900
Friday 0900- 1600
Our friendly, family-owned dental practice is predominantly private based. We perform general dentistry, orthodontics, implants, sedation and have a strong focus on cosmetic dentistry. You will be exposed to treatment carried out to a high level of care.
The ideal candidate:
- A GDC registered Dental Nurse qualification
- Confident, calm and able to multi-task
- Reliable, highly motivated, friendly and hard working
- Able to work on their own initiative, Experience with CQC compliance and scheduling staff would be useful.
- Update policies
- Assist with audits
- Able to monitor and assist patients.
- Excellent reception skills and able to deal with a variety of patient enquiries
- Able to mentor trainees
- Open to further training and personal development to assist the business.
