As a Steward, you will play a key role in delivering a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for all visitors. The roles includes a variety of duties, including but not limited to: Greeting and directing customers, bar and kiosk work, checking tickets and supporting seating arrangements, audience management, and responding to general enquiries.
The role involves monitoring public spaces and ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times. Stewards must be able to respond calmly and effectively within a dynamic environment.
