We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team in the North West / North London / Hertfordshire, installing, servicing, and repairing lifts.
Insurance inspections – Attending sites, examining a wide variety of lifting equipment, and issuing detailed reports to clients.
Condition surveys – Surveying existing plant to provide reports on the incumbent service provider’s service delivery, compliance with current Health & Safety legislation, Disability Discrimination Act compliance, and short-, medium-, and long-term lift lifecycle analysis.
Providing overview reports outlining options for refurbishment of existing installations or replacement with new pre-engineered modular design solutions.
Equipment audits – Carrying out visual surveys of existing installations to benchmark them against predetermined quality expectations and producing reports.
Maintenance audits – Providing professional advice on the incumbent service provider’s performance and service delivery, supported by written reports.
Travelling independently to attend customer sites and premises as required.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of lift products and accessories.
Completing test certificates and associated documentation accurately and on time.
Adhering to Health & Safety regulations at all times.
Working in a methodical, efficient, and professional manner while delivering excellent customer service.
Carrying out other reasonable duties as required by senior management.
