Responsibilities:
- Handling transactions on shop till and placing the order
- Providing excellent customer service and support
- Managing stock, handling cash, and ensuring accuracy in operations
- Assisting customers with postal and financial queries
Requirements:
- Opening & Closing the shop may be part of the duty. Previous experience working in a Post Office is not essential as we will provide training
- Minimum computer knowledge
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive and friendly attitude
Shift timing:
- Tuesday's 1pm-8pm
- Friday 1pm-8pm
- Saturday 4-8pm
