Location: Weston, Nottinghamshire, NG23 6SY (covering Weston, Sutton-on-Trent and Tuxford)
Working Hours: Full time. Monday – Friday
Pay: Up to £50,000, depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out and maintaining risk assessments, COSHH assessments and safe systems of work across our sites.
- Getting out on site regularly, not just managing from a desk
- Owning the group health and safety framework and keeping it current
- Investigating incidents and near misses and putting practical fixes in place
- Supporting site leads and managers with day-to-day safety matters
- Maintaining FORS Gold and LOLER compliance
- Reporting directly to the Board of Directors on safety priorities

What You’ll Bring
- NEBOSH qualification (General Certificate minimum)
- IOSH membership (TechIOSH minimum)
- Proven experience in a multi-site health and safety role, ideally within transport, engineering or heavy industry
- Training in ADR awareness would be beneficial
- A practical, common-sense approach focused on solving problems rather than creating them
- Confidence talking to people on the shop floor as well as in the office
- Full UK driving licence, with willingness to travel regularly between sites that are 4 miles apart
