We are seeking an experienced Facilities Support Officer to join our Facilities Team. You will be part of a small team with responsibility for a portfolio of 80+ properties that support front line service delivery.
Typical day as a Facilities Support Officer:
Provide a high-quality Facilities Management help desk function providing support and advise to building users.

Procure goods, works and services relating to facilities management.
- Maintain accurate records and systems to provide performance information.
- Provide and maintain ID and access cards for City of Doncaster Council employees and partners.
- Provide a primary role in emergency fire evacuations.
- Provide initial response for FM queries face to face or on the phone.
What we are looking for:
Full training will be provided for the role but we are looking for previous experience working in a customer facing environment.

Have an understanding of Health and Safety issues that relate to facilities management.
- An enthusiastic, reliable and resourceful person with the ability to work on their own initiative, prioritising and managing their own workload effectively.
- The ability to deal effectively and calmly with emergency situations.
- Proficient ICT skills, including Microsoft Office and computerised databases.
