Full Time – 40 hours - Monday to Friday between 8 and 4
Dolphin Lane and Daisy Vale have an opportunity for a Maintenence Technician to join our team. You will be split across the two sites which are a 5 minute walk away from each other, or less than a minute in the car.
Dolphin Lane offers residential support for 15 males and females with a learning disability, and people on the autism spectrum.
Daisy Vale House offers residential support for 16 males and females with a learning disability, as well as autistic individuals.
You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the service and to support the wellbeing of our residents. While your role doesn’t involve providing direct care, your contribution is vital in helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone.
- Keeping our home in top condition, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment for residents and staff.
- Identifying, reporting, and resolving any maintenance or safety issues, helping the home run smoothly.
- Working with local contractors, providing guidance and support to ensure planned and preventative maintenance is completed efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate inspection certificates and records to make sure all work meets quality and statutory standards.
Supporting the Home Manager to continuously improve our environment and services.
