The Rustic Pizza Co, are looking for someone to drive with our business and lead by example with the day to day running of our Neapolitan pizzeria You need to ensure adequate preparation of ingredients.
This is a great opportunity for someone to grow with our business. This is not your typical pizzeria, we source the finest Italian ingredients and our clientele expect quality.
The job involves working evenings and weekends so a flexible approach to working hours is a must.
This is a permanent full time role .

Job Duties:
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards
- Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards

What are we looking for?
- Experience in a fast paced kitchen working in a similar role
- Experience working under pressure and in a high volume kitchen, preferably experienced in fresh food.
- Competent understanding of all regulations, food hygiene and company specifications.
- A genuine passion for delivering great food.
- An excellent team player with exceptional communication skills
- Be fun-loving, have a great character and enjoy the culture that our industry offers
