A fantastic opportunity has arisen at Seashells Property Management Ltd to help us maintain our reputation of providing top-tier cleaning services across Cornwall.
We are looking for experienced & hard working Cleaners to join our team on a self employed basis consisting of Primarily Weekend work (Saturdays).
We also provide Domestic, Commercial & Deep cleans on occasions.
Most of our Cleans at this moment are local to the Perranporth & the surrounding Areas. (Approx. 10 mile radius)
We supply all of the cleaning Equipment and Products . All we require is a responsible Individual or team (work with your friends?) that are trustworthy & willing to graft to help us expand our quickly growing Cleaning Business.
The ideal candidate will require a full UK Driving license & a Vehicle.
The correct candidate will also be punctual and reliable.

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for all. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, great organisation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and other team members.
Duties
-Perform cleaning tasks in Holiday lets, Commercial Settings & Domestic Locations
-Ensure all surfaces are dusted, wiped down, and sanitised as required.
-Vacuum, mop, and clean floors to maintain a tidy appearance.
-Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure recycling protocols are followed.
-Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
-Provide excellent customer service by responding courteously to client requests or inquiries.
-Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when restocking is necessary.
Qualifications
-Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential. We are willing to provide training to individuals that show the drive & desire to learn new skills.
-Valid driving license is advantageous for roles requiring travel between sites.
-Proficiency in English is necessary for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
-Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns professionally.
-Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively.
