Personal Assistant to UHNW Principal | London | £75,000
Silks Luxury Lifestyle is recruiting an experienced Private Personal Assistant to support the Principal of a fully staffed UHNW household in London.
This is a varied, fast-paced role supporting both the Principal’s personal and business affairs across multiple private residences. You will be a trusted right hand, managing complex lifestyles, coordinating household operations and ensuring every aspect of the Principal’s day-to-day life runs seamlessly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lifestyle management
- Managing personal and business affairs
- Complex diary and calendar management
- Organising international luxury travel, including private jets, villas and yachts
- Coordinating multiple private residences
- Liaising with household staff, family office and trusted advisers
- Supporting interior design projects, sourcing furnishings and procurement
- Gift purchasing and personal shopping
- Planning private events and entertaining
- Restaurant reservations and exclusive bookings
- Handling highly confidential information and sensitive family matters
The successful candidate will have proven experience supporting an UHNW Principal or family within a private household rather than a purely corporate environment. You will be exceptionally organised, highly computer literate, discreet, resourceful and proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and deliver an impeccable level of service.
The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Private PA, Executive Personal Assistant or Family Office Assistant supporting UHNW or HNW Principals within a private household.
You will be:
- Exceptionally organised with outstanding attention to detail.
- Highly computer literate with advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and spreadsheets.
- Experienced in managing complex, ever-changing diaries.
- An excellent communicator with impeccable written and verbal English.
- Able to multitask and prioritise competing demands with ease.
- Naturally discreet, trustworthy and professional.
- Immaculately presented with polished interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working within a fully staffed household and collaborating with household teams.
- Calm, proactive and able to anticipate the needs of the Principal before they arise.
