About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Conservatory Warm Roof and Window Fitter to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing conservatory warm roofs, windows, doors, and associated products to a high standard, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction on every project.
This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Install conservatory warm roof systems in domestic properties.
- Fit uPVC, aluminium, and composite windows and doors.
- Carry out all aspects of conservatory roof replacements and upgrades.
- Measure, prepare, and install products accurately and safely.
- Ensure all installations comply with building regulations and company standards.
- Complete finishing work, including trims, sealing, and weatherproofing.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
- Diagnose and resolve fitting issues on site.
- Communicate professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Complete installation paperwork and reports as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience fitting conservatory warm roofs and windows.
- Good knowledge of uPVC and aluminium systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings and installation specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to work at height and carry out manual handling tasks.
- CSCS card preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
- Experience fitting tiled conservatory roof systems.
- MTC qualification or NVQ in fenestration or construction.
- First aid certification.
- Experience using a wide range of hand and power tools.
