This role sits within the Executive Education Programme Team and focuses on delivering exceptional service and high-quality administrative support across Warwick Business School’s executive education programmes.
You will act as the first point of contact for participants and a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring queries are handled promptly and professionally. The role involves supporting the administration of programmes and processes, helping to create a seamless experience for senior leaders and client organisations. This is a varied position with opportunities to work across multiple programmes and functions, in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

About You
Customer focus and a proactive approach are essential. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a busy environment, have strong organisational skills, and can adapt quickly to changing priorities.
