We're looking for a proactive, organised and customer-focused Lettings Manager to join our growing team at EweMove Boston.
We're currently a close-knit team of three, but our business is expanding, making this an exciting opportunity to play a key role in growing our lettings department. You'll have the chance to make a real impact, build lasting relationships with landlords and tenants, and help shape the future of our business.

What You'll Be Doing
- Growing our portfolio by generating new landlord instructions and identifying business development opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Conducting market appraisals and providing landlords with expert advice on rental values and legislation
- Managing the full lettings process from instruction through to move-in
- Organising and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating tenancy terms and securing successful lets
- Coordinating tenant referencing, Right to Rent checks and tenancy documentation
- Ensuring all properties remain compliant with current lettings legislation and safety requirements
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors to resolve maintenance issues efficiently
- Marketing rental properties across online platforms and social media
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience that generates repeat business and referrals
- Supporting the continued growth and development of the lettings department
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within residential lettings (essential)
- A very good understanding of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- The ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a desire to grow the business
- Confidence using property software and Microsoft Office
- A positive team player who enjoys working in a small, supportive business
- Full UK driving licence (required)
