The Role
As a Junior Brand Manager, you’ll support the development and execution of brand and product strategies for a portfolio of brands across the UK market. You'll play a key role in delivering activities outlined within the brand milestone calendar, including market analysis, promotional and marketing campaigns, support with Profit & Loss management, coordinating the licensing approval process for the UK and distributor partners, and acting as the primary marketing contact for distributor accounts across EMEA.
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of consumer product brand management, and ready to take that next step
- Degree in Marketing, Business or relevant professional qualifications/experience
- Knowledge of UK retailer landscape as it pertains to consumer goods
- Working knowledge of a variety of marketing tactics from TV, print, digital, OOH, content creators, Trade and consumer promotions
- Experience managing multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales, consumer and market data to identify opportunities and drive decision making
- Commercially minded with an understanding of marketing budgets, brand performance and financial reporting
- Passionate, creative, organised, team player with strong attention to detail
- A great communicator who enjoys working with global teams and building relationships
- Confident presenting ideas and recommendations to a range of internal and external stakeholders
Nice to have:
- Experience working with children's or family-focused brands
- Experience working with licensing partners or licensed consumer products
- Experience supporting distributor, international or EMEA markets
