We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role and is looking to develop their career within a supportive business. The successful candidate will initially work part-time, with the expectation of transitioning into a full-time role as the business continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
· Providing day-to-day administrative support across the business.
· Managing emails, filing, data entry and maintaining accurate records.
· Processing purchase orders and liaising with suppliers.
· Assisting with purchasing and stock ordering.
· Chasing outstanding customer payments by phone and email in a professional manner.
· Maintaining debt collection records and supporting credit control activities.
· Preparing documents, reports and correspondence.
· Supporting the management team with general office administration.
· Ensuring administrative processes are carried out efficiently and accurately.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
· Have previous administrative or office experience.
· Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
· Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Be confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
· Be able to prioritise workload and work independently.
· Have a professional and courteous telephone manner.
· Be comfortable speaking with customers regarding outstanding payments.
· Be reliable, adaptable and eager to grow with the business.
