Entertainment Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for an Entertainment Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time, nationwide role supporting our entertainment hotels and Sand Bay Holiday Village.
Working closely with our hotel bluecoat entertainers and third-party entertainment providers, you will be responsible for coordinating a varied programme of live entertainment, ensuring bookings are organised efficiently and entertainment schedules run smoothly across the business.

Your duties will include:
- Coordinating entertainment events across our entertainment hotels and Sand Bay holiday village
- Providing support to the entertainment teams across the hotels
- Liaising with third-party entertainment agencies and performers to arrange and confirm bookings.
- Maintaining entertainment schedules and ensuring all bookings are communicated to the relevant hotels.
- Working closely with hotel management teams to understand entertainment requirements and business needs.
- Assisting with resolving any booking queries or last-minute changes in a professional and efficient manner.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with entertainment suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Supporting the continuous development of the company's entertainment offering.
- The role will involve nationwide travel
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Good attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
