Job Summary
Maintenance of the Court buildings fixtures and fittings, health and safety checks required under legislation, and to deliver excellent customer service to all Owners and 'customers' in line with company standards providing a positive 'can do' attitude at all times.
Duties
- To maintain the buildings, fixture and fittings anywhere in the Court and the grounds.
- Assisting all new Owners when moving to the Court with any tasks within their home.
- To carry out Health and Safety inspections and audits.
- Carry out tasks for Owners which have been agreed though the Court Manager or the Duty Manager.
- All other tasks as the Court Manager or Duty Manager specifies.
- To work as part of a team with all staff to meet company objectives.
- To carry out training (mandatory and professional) in line with the needs of the business
- To undertake such other duties as may be reasonably expected
Requirements
- Proven experience in maintenance roles
- Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
- Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and teamwork collaboration.
- Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
