Responsibilities
- Supervise all bar operations, ensuring smooth service during peak hours and special events
- Lead, motivate, and train bartenders and supporting staff to deliver outstanding customer service
- Oversee food preparation and beverage presentation to uphold quality standards
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to maximize profitability
- Enforce food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in compliance with health standards
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and create a positive atmosphere for all patrons
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in bar or restaurant settings with strong team management skills
- Extensive knowledge of bartending techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage service
- Background in food preparation, cooking, or culinary arts preferred
- Experience with food safety protocols and food production processes
- Familiarity with hospitality operations within hotel or restaurant environments
- Excellent leadership abilities paired with strong communication skills
- Previous experience in serving or hospitality roles such as barista or restaurant staff is advantageous
