Job Title: Embroidery Machine Operator
Location: Halesfield, Telford.
Salary: £13.61 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday (2:00pm - 10:00pm)
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The successful candidate will support key production processes involved in machine operating, sewing, embroidery, and trimming.
Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery to ensure optimal performance and quality output
- Load material stock and process scheduled jobs to support on-time delivery
- Insert and set cutting tools into tool holders as required
- Assemble components according to specifications and quality standards
- Clean and maintain machining centres, including emptying bins and removing removing debris
- Complete basic finishing tasks including sewing, trimming and embroidery.
- Inspect machined components for accuracy and conformity against the specification.
- Verify order quantities and ensure customer specifications are met
- Identify and report quality or machining issues to Supervisors, Senior Technicians, or engineering teams
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Embroidery Machine Operator
- Good understanding of materials handling and fabrication processes
- Ability to use hand tools and basic tooling equipment confidently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Basic maths skills for measurements and production calculations
