We are looking for a reliable and experienced chef to join our busy Turkish restaurant.
Key responsibilities include:
- Kitchen organisation
- Food preparation and marination
- Stock control
- Maintaining excellent cleaning and hygiene standards
- Working confidently under pressure during busy dinner service
We open at 12:00 pm. The kitchen closes at 9:30 pm on weekdays and 10:00 pm at weekends. Our busiest period is currently between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm.
