Light Style London is a wholesale company supplying decorative lighting products to businesses across the UK and EU. We pride ourselves on fast, accurate shipping and reliable order fulfilment. We are a small, energetic team with a friendly work environment.
We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Picker / Packer to join our warehouse team for the busy seasonal period from August to December.
This role would suit someone who is driven, proactive, organised, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. A positive, can-do attitude is essential.
The Role
As a Picker / Packer, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking customer orders to ensure same-day dispatch and excellent customer satisfaction.
You will also support the warehouse team in maintaining smooth daily operations and keeping the warehouse organised and efficient. You will be reporting to the Senior Warehouse Officer.
Key Tasks
- Pick and pack UK, EU, and pallet orders accurately
- Prepare products for dispatch
- Load and unload deliveries - Goods In / Goods Out
- Ensure the warehouse is kept organised at all times
- Maintain warehouse stock levels
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks
- Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and safe
- Support the warehouse team with day-to-day operations as required
Responsibilities
- Ensure orders are packed accurately and to a high standard
- Work efficiently to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Follow warehouse health and safety procedures
- Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail
- Work collaboratively as part of the warehouse team
- Report any damaged or missing stock
- Handle products with care to minimise damage

Job Type
- Temporary / Seasonal (August to December)
Schedule
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Pro-rata holiday entitlement.
Pay: £13.00 per hour
