We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded Origination Associate to join our buy-side team. The role will focus on identifying and engaging with owners and senior decision-makers of lower-middle-market businesses that may be considering a sale, succession plan or strategic transaction.
You will be responsible for conducting high-volume outbound outreach, building relationships with prospective sellers and introducing them to our investment approach. As the position involves regular telephone engagement with business owners, candidates must be confident, articulate and comfortable initiating conversations with senior stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, resilient and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong communication skills, sound commercial judgement and the ability to develop rapport quickly are essential.
Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
