Role Overview:
We are currently recruiting for a Vehicle Paint Sprayer on behalf of our client based in Yeovil. As a Paint Sprayer, you’ll be responsible for preparing and refinishing vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring all work meets manufacturer and insurance specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare vehicles and panels for painting, ensuring surfaces are properly masked and primed.
- Mix and match paint colours accurately using computerised paint-mixing systems.
- Apply base coat and lacquer finishes to achieve an exceptional standard of work.
- Carry out final polishing, finishing, and quality checks on completed vehicles.
- Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to ensure efficient workflow.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician within a bodyshop environment.
- Strong knowledge of paint mixing, refinishing, and repair techniques.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality results.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. NVQ / City & Guilds Level 3 in Vehicle Refinishing) preferred but not essential.
- Full UK Driving Licence required.
