We’re looking for an experienced hospitality professional to join our friendly restaurant, bar and hotel team.
This is a hands-on role in a busy pub and hotel, so previous experience in hospitality is essential. We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
Both full-time and part-time positions are available.Applicants must be 18 years or over.
Your role will include:
- Assisting with the day-to-day running of our restaurant, bar and hotel.
- Setting up before service and clearing down afterwards.
- Confidently upselling desserts, coffees and daily specials.
- Serving food and drinks with confidence and professionalism.
- Operating tills, handling cash and card payments, and charging hotel guest accounts.
- Responding to customer requests promptly and efficiently.
- Delivering exceptional customer service.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the restaurant and bar.
