Spa Float is looking for a calm, warm and dependable person to become part of our core team.
This is a varied, hands-on role combining guest care, wellness guidance, reception duties and maintaining an immaculate wellness environment. You will welcome clients, help them feel comfortable, explain our treatments and ensure every room is beautifully prepared for the next guest.
This is not simply a reception position. A significant part of every shift involves centre care: preparing and resetting float rooms, managing towels and laundry, sanitising equipment and touchpoints, checking presentation and taking genuine pride in keeping the entire centre fresh, organised and inviting.
The role
You will:
- Give every guest a warm, calm and personal welcome
- Guide first-time clients through float therapy, sauna and other wellness experiences
- Learn about our treatments and confidently explain their benefits
- Prepare and reset treatment rooms between appointments
- Maintain exceptional hygiene and presentation standards
- Manage towels, laundry, supplies and daily centre checks
- Handle bookings, payments and general reception duties
- Build genuine relationships with regular clients
- Work confidently and responsibly during independent shifts
- Support the wider team and maintain consistently high standards
Who we’re looking for
You do not need previous float-therapy experience, as full training will be provided. We are looking for someone with:
- A genuine interest in wellness, relaxation and helping people
- A calm, friendly and emotionally mature approach
- Excellent reliability and attention to detail
- Natural warmth and strong interpersonal skills
- Pride in caring for a beautiful, well-presented environment
- A willingness to learn about float therapy and our other services
- The confidence to work independently and take ownership of a shift
- Flexibility across weekdays and rotating weekends
- A desire to become part of Spa Float for the long term
This role would suit someone who enjoys creating order, calm and comfort for others. You should be equally comfortable connecting with clients and carrying out the practical, hands-on work that keeps a premium wellness centre operating properly.

- Approximately 15–20 hours per week
- Regular shifts of 9am–2pm or 2pm–7pm
- Weekday and rotating weekend availability required
- Additional hours may be available for holiday cover and busy periods

- A calm and supportive working environment
- Opportunities to develop your wellness knowledge and responsibilities
- A stable, long-term position within a growing business
