Job Summary
Dhillon of London is a well‑established transport provider delivering exceptional private hire, day hire, UK and European tour travel solutions. As we continue to grow our Private Hire and Tour operations, we are expanding our team and seeking professional, reliable, and experienced Coach Drivers.
This role offers variety and rewarding work across private hire bookings, day hires, excursions, and extended UK & European tours. Drivers are required to professionally represent Dhillon of London at all times, maintaining the highest standards of customer service, safety, and vehicle presentation.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate company coaches on:
- Private hire bookings
- Day hires, tours, and excursions (UK & Europe)
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DVSA regulations, and company policies
- Carry out thorough pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections, reporting defects promptly to the Senior Transport Manager
- Assist passengers with boarding, disembarking, and luggage where required
- Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable vehicle, inside and out
- Provide passengers with clear route, schedule, and travel information
- Ensure punctual departures and arrivals
- Deliver a professional, welcoming, and customer‑focused service at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Professional and customer‑focused drivers
- Valid Category D PSV Licence
- Valid Driver CPC Card
- Minimum 1–2 years PSV experience on coaches
- Confident working on:
- Private hire
- Tours and day hires
- Strong communication, timekeeping, and organisational skills
- Ability to use digital devices (mobile apps, reporting systems)
- Well‑presented appearance in line with company standards
- DBS checked (preferred) or willing to complete one
