What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support
- Assist individuals in leading more independent and meaningful lives
- Deliver emotional support and promote wellbeing
- Support with personal care, domestic duties (e.g., cooking, cleaning), and leisure activities
- Respond positively to challenging behaviour using Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approaches
- Act as a Key Worker for specific individuals, helping shape their personal goals and outcomes
- Maintain clear, professional record-keeping
Shift pattern:
- Day Shift: 7:45am – 8:00pm
- Waking Night Shift: 7:45pm – 8:00am
(Average of 7 shifts per fortnight, rotating pattern)
What We’re Looking
For Essential:
- Previous experience supporting vulnerable adults
- Compassionate, reliable, and respectful approach
- Ability to work flexibly, including night shifts
- Full UK Driving Licence (required to support individuals in the community)
Desirable:
- Experience supporting people with Learning Disabilities, Autism or behaviours of concern
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Experience in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approaches
What You’ll Get
- Competitive hourly rate (£13.10–£14.10 per hour)

- Additional £0.50/hour if you hold a full UK driving licence (minimum 2 years) and regularly drive service users
