The Role:
We are seeking a technically excellent and commercially astute Chartered Structural Engineer to lead structural design packages from inception to completion working closely within the organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead on the technical delivery and commercial success of several structural projects including commercial and residential.
- Provide expert structural design and analysis in steel, masonry, timber and concrete.
- Oversee site inspections and undertake measures and surveys.
- Work closely with Architects and liaise directly with clients and other public bodies in the delivery of services.
- Ensure design adhere to relevant UK Building Regulations, British Design Codes and Eurocodes.
Essential Qualifications:
- Chartered Civil or Structural Engineer
- Proficient in structural design and software such as Tekla, Tedds and CADS.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage projects and client relationships.
- Must hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
Package:
- Salary £45-55,000
- 22 Days annual leave excluding bank holidays
