The role:
Office Manager
- 40 hours per week
- Permanent
- Competitive pay
- Llansamlet Depot
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the office
- Answer customer enquiries and process orders
- Raise purchase orders and deal with suppliers
- Maintain accurate records and complete general office administration
- Assist with timesheet processing, annual leave approval and booking training
- Support the senior management team with day-to-day tasks
About you:
- Previous experience in an Office Manager, Office Coordinator or Senior Administrator role
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to prioritise a busy and varied workload
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and general IT systems
- Experience within an engineering, manufacturing or construction environment would be advantageous but isn't essential
