We are looking for a reliable, observant and motivated CCTV Monitoring Operative to join our professional Control Room team.
Working on a 4 on 4 off 12 hour shift pattern, you will be responsible for monitoring CCTV systems across multiple sites, responding to alarms and incidents.

Key Responsibilities
· Monitor live CCTV footage
· Respond promptly to alarms, incidents and security alerts
· Escalate incidents to emergency services, clients or mobile response teams where appropriate
· Accurately record all incidents and actions taken
· Retrieve and preserve CCTV footage for authorised investigations
· Complete detailed incident reports and shift handovers
· Report faults with CCTV or security systems
· Maintain confidentiality and comply with company procedures and GDPR
· Deliver excellent customer service when dealing with clients and stakeholders

· Flexible to work a 4 on, 4 off rota, including weekends
Desirable Requirements
· Previous experience in a CCTV monitoring or security control room environment.
· Valid CCTV Operator Licence issued by the Security Industry Authority (SIA).
· Experience using CCTV, alarm monitoring or access control systems.
· Customer service experience.
