As our business continues to evolve, we're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Corporate HR team.
This role is suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership and influencing outcomes. We're looking for a commercially minded HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex people challenges and can build credibility with stakeholders at every level, from employees through to senior executives and functional directors.
You'll partner across a diverse portfolio of corporate functions, helping leaders translate business priorities into practical people solutions that drive performance, capability and engagement.
This is a 12-month Fixed Term position.
What does this role involve day to day
- Partner with Executive and Senior Leadership Teams to shape and deliver people strategies.
- Provide expert guidance on organisational design, workforce planning and talent management.
- Use people data, insight and commercial understanding to influence decision-making.
- Drive employee engagement and help leaders turn feedback into meaningful action.
- Support business transformation and change initiatives, ensuring people impacts are effectively managed.
- Coach, challenge and develop leaders to build capability and improve performance.
- Work closely with HR specialists and Shared Services teams to deliver joined-up people solutions.
- Support the management of complex people matters and organisational challenges.

- Proven success partnering senior leaders in a complex organisation.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to balance business needs with people priorities.
- Experience operating within a complex, fast-moving environment.
- Credibility, adaptability and confidence to challenge constructively when required.
- Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills.
- Strong employment law and employee relations knowledge.
- Experience leading organisational change and transformation activity.
- The ability to manage competing priorities whilst maintaining high standards of delivery.
- A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach and a willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed.
