What You'll Be Doing (AKA Your Superpowers)
Stock Whisperer – Receive, sort, and put away incoming stock like a warehouse wizard. Everything has a place, and you'll make sure it gets there.
Picking & Packing Pro – Handle orders precisely and at pace, hitting your daily targets so our customers get exactly what they need, exactly when they need it. Speed + accuracy = hero status.
Target Crusher – Thrive in a fast-paced environment where meeting (and beating!) daily and weekly targets is all part of the fun.
Customer Charmer – Answering questions, helping with orders, and making sure our customers leave with a smile (and the right fasteners).
Logistics Legend – Assisting with deliveries, keeping track of stock levels, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks (or gets lost in the warehouse abyss).
Team Player – Work alongside a fun, tight-knit team that loves their work. A little banter and a lot of teamwork are part of the job!
What We're Looking For (AKA Your Secret Ingredients)
✅ Warehouse experience is a big advantage – but if you're a fast learner who loves to be on the move, we want to hear from you too!
✅ You can keep up the pace – our warehouse moves fast, and you're someone who keeps up and hits the targets.
✅ You're physically fit – lifting, shifting, and stacking are all in a day's work!
✅ You love being organised – if you believe everything has a place and enjoy keeping things tidy, we already like you.
✅ You can talk to anyone – supplier, customer, or teammate, you've got top-notch people skills.
