Philip Holland Cars are recruiting a Service and Parts Manager to join our team.
The ideal applicant will have motor industry experience in a parts, workshop, or aftersales role.
The applicant will be responsible for:
- Used car sales vehicle preparation.
- Customer service
- Vehicle Bookings
- Warranty Claims
- Ordering of parts in line with operational needs and liaising with suppliers
- Pricing and invoicing jobs
- Keeping customers informed regarding vehicle progress
- Liaising with workshop for progress updates and parts ordering
- Responsible for used car sales vehicle preparation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
