Hours: 38- 44 per week (includes working every other weekend and may need to cover the occasional waking night shift)

About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Support Worker to join a friendly and dedicated team to support adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, physical disabilities and complex needs. This includes individuals who require support with autism, dysphagia, sensory impairments as well as behaviours which are described as challenging.
You will provide support and encouragement to residents in all areas and activities of daily living. You will need to enable residents to develop and maintain skills to maximise their independence, alongside supporting residents with their personal care needs.
The ideal candidate:
Previous experience as a care assistant/support worker is essential
NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care or working towards is desirable
