Part-Time Growth & Delivery Marketing Lead | Flexible | Poole / Hybrid | Kult Collective.
Please NO agencies or Freelancers who aren't willing/cant come into the office.
Looking for a flexible marketing role where you can do great work without committing to a traditional full-time position?
15-20 hours per week
KULT Collective is a boutique digital growth agency based in Poole, and we're looking for an experienced Growth & Delivery Marketing Lead to join us as we grow.
This is a genuinely flexible, part-time role for someone who has solid marketing experience and is looking for meaningful work that can fit around their life and existing commitments.
You might be returning to work after a career break, looking for a role around family life, or simply no longer interested in the traditional 9–5.
What matters most to us is finding someone experienced, capable and commercially minded who can take ownership of the day-to-day delivery for our clients.
About Kult Collective:
Kult Collective is a boutique growth agency working with ambitious premium eCommerce brands.
We specialise in:
- Meta advertising
- Google advertising
- Email and CRM marketing
- Commercial growth strategy
Our ideal clients are companies selling high-quality, British-made products, typically with an average order value between £50 and £300.
These are brands that care about quality, craftsmanship and building something that lasts.
We're intentionally building a small, highly skilled and commercially focused agency rather than a large, traditional one.
Our ambition is to work with a select number of brilliant clients and become a trusted growth partner for premium eCommerce brands.
The Role:
We're looking for someone who can take ownership of the execution and day-to-day delivery of client marketing activity.
You'll work closely with the founder, who will lead the overarching strategy and senior client relationships.
Your job will be to take that strategy and make it happen.
You should be comfortable being the person who takes an objective such as:
"We need to increase new customer acquisition while maintaining profitability."
and turning it into a clear, organised plan of action.
This isn't a purely junior or administrative role.
We're looking for someone who understands digital marketing and can confidently take responsibility for implementation, optimisation and ongoing delivery.
What you'll be doing:
Depending on your experience, your responsibilities will include:
Paid Media
- Managing and optimising Meta advertising campaigns
- Supporting and managing Google advertising
- Implementing new campaigns and testing strategies
- Monitoring performance and identifying opportunities
- Making day-to-day optimisation decisions
- Managing campaign budgets
- Reporting on performance
Growth Delivery
- Turning strategic plans into actionable campaigns
- Managing marketing activity across multiple clients
- Keeping campaigns and projects moving
- Identifying opportunities and potential issues
- Coordinating activity with our freelance designer
- Ensuring campaigns are implemented accurately and on time
Email & CRM
Depending on your experience, you may also support with:
- Building and scheduling email campaigns
- Managing Klaviyo activity
- Supporting campaign planning
- Reviewing performance
- Implementing email flows and campaigns
Client Delivery
- Preparing reports and performance updates
- Supporting client calls where appropriate
- Managing day-to-day client requests
- Keeping clients informed about campaign activity
- Helping ensure nothing gets missed
How you'll work with the Founder:
The founder's role is focused on:
- Growth strategy
- Commercial direction
- High-level campaign planning
- Client relationships
- Identifying opportunities
- Business development
Your role is to take as much of the day-to-day execution and delivery off their plate as possible.
You won't be expected to do everything without guidance.
But equally, we don't want to micromanage you.
We want to be able to agree on:
The objective → The strategy → The priorities
…and trust you to take ownership of the execution.
The ideal person:
You don't need to know absolutely everything.
But you should have solid experience in digital marketing and feel confident working independently.
Ideally, you'll have experience with:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads
- Klaviyo or another CRM/email platform
- eCommerce marketing
- Campaign optimisation
- Performance reporting
- Managing multiple projects or clients
We're particularly interested in someone who understands that good marketing isn't just about getting clicks or achieving a particular ROAS.
You should be commercially minded and interested in questions such as:
- Is this activity actually driving profitable growth?
- Are we acquiring the right customers?
- What should we test next?
- Where are we wasting budget?
- What is preventing this brand from growing?
This role could be perfect for someone who...
- Has several years of marketing experience
- Wants to step away from the pressure or hours of a full-time agency role
- Is looking for genuinely flexible work
- Wants to work around family or other commitments
- Enjoys working independently
- Likes having ownership without wanting the responsibility of running a business
- Wants to work with a small team rather than a large corporate organisation
Hours & Flexibility:
We're initially looking for someone on a part-time basis, with hours to be agreed depending on experience and availability.
We're open to discussing what works for the right person.
There is also potential for the role and hours to grow as KULT grows.
Location:
KULT Collective is based in Poole Quay, Dorset.
We would like someone who is based within reasonable travelling distance of Poole and is willing to come in to the office when working. That being said, we are extremely understanding of family commitments and understand that some days need to be worked from home.
What we're looking for:
someone who is:
- Experienced
- Reliable
- Proactive
- Organised
- Commercially minded
- Comfortable making decisions
- Happy working independently
- Detail-oriented
- A strong communicator
Most importantly, we want someone who can help us create more capacity without compromising the quality of our work.
Why join Kult Collective?
We are at an exciting stage.
You'll be joining a small business where you'll have a real influence over how things are done.
This isn't a role where you'll be given a rigid job description and asked to stay in your lane.
As the business grows, there will be an opportunity to:
- Take on more responsibility
- Increase your hours if you want to
- Help shape how we deliver work
- Develop your skills
- Work with exciting premium brands
- Enjoy genuine flexibility
- Be part of a growing boutique agency from an early stage
Interested?
Please send us your CV, a little about yourself and a summary of your experience across paid media, digital marketing and eCommerce.
We'd also love to know what you're looking for from your next role and what kind of working arrangement you are looking for.
We are committed to finding the perfect person so this job advert will be open until we find the right candidate. Please NO agencies or Freelancers who aren't willing/cant come into the office.
Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Poole BH15
