Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth functioning and a positive shopping experience for customers.
40 hours per week.
Must be fully flexible across 7 days.
Duties:
- Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and senior management
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and financial transactions
- Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets
- Implement sales strategies to maximise profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues promptly
- Conduct regular stock checks and manage stock levels efficiently
- Organise promotional events and marketing activities to boost sales
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail management, with a focus on sales management
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is advantageous
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
- Organisational skills to maintain store operations smoothly
- Proficient in selling techniques to drive revenue growth

Experience:
- Retail sales: 2 years (preferred)
