Salvation Army Trading Company Ltd (SATCoL) is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Business Development Manager (Music) to lead the growth of our Music Publishing and Audio-Visual Services activities.
This is a key leadership role for someone with substantial experience in the commercial music publishing industry and a strong understanding of publishing, copyright, licensing and catalogue development. You will identify new opportunities, grow revenue streams, expand audiences and strengthen SATCoL's position within the UK and international music markets.
Working closely with our in-house team and industry partners, you will drive the development of our publishing catalogue, support the growth of SAmusicplay, and lead our Audio-Visual Services Unit.
We are looking for a commercially astute leader with a strong industry network, a proven track record of growing publishing revenues and catalogues, and the ability to build influential partnerships that deliver long-term commercial success.

This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of 2 days per week in our Support Centre in Wellingborough.
