Our services include roofing, building, property refurbishments, grounds maintenance and waste removals. We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable person to join our teams. The position is 3 month contract with the opportunity to become permanent at the end of the period.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a General Labourer (in the property maintenance sector). The successful candidate will assist with various manual tasks on building projects, property refurbishments and groundworks.
Duties:
- Perform general duties on various projects to include:
- Painting and decorating
- Grounds maintenance
- Assisting in large waste removal works
- Assisting Multi-Traders and Builders
- Assist with loading and unloading materials
- Clean and prepare work areas
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Support the team with any other ad-hoc tasks as required
Skills:
- Physical fitness and stamina to handle manual labour tasks
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Health and safety awareness in a construction environment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
