We are looking for reliable, friendly and detail-focused Cleaners / Cleaning Team Members to join our team.
Job Overview
The Cleaning Team Member will help keep Oru’s spaces clean, safe, calm and welcoming. This includes customer areas, toilets, studios, offices, meeting rooms, cafés, kitchens, staff areas and event spaces.
We can offer 30–40 hours per week, with flexibility around the right person’s needs. Some evening and weekend hours will be required, but we are happy to discuss a working pattern that suits both the individual and the business. More hours may be available for the right person.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Clean public areas, coworking spaces, studios, meeting rooms and offices.
- Clean toilets, washrooms, showers and changing areas to a high standard.
- Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping and dusting.
- Empty bins and support recycling and waste processes.
- Clean tables, surfaces, glass, touchpoints and shared facilities.
- Support café, restaurant and hospitality cleaning where required.
- Help with end-of-day cleaning and reset of spaces.
- Support cleaning after events, classes and busy periods.
- Refill consumables such as toilet roll, soap and hand towels.
- Report maintenance issues, damage or hazards to the team.
- Follow cleaning checklists and company standards.
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely.
- Work respectfully around customers, members and staff.
- Maintain a positive, helpful and professional attitude.
Requirements

- Experience cleaning in hospitality, offices, gyms, yoga studios, schools, hotels or commercial buildings.
- Knowledge of safe use of cleaning products.
- Experience with deep cleaning.
- Experience working evening or weekend shifts.
