Towy Castle Care Home is looking for a reliable and hardworking Domestic Assistant to join our friendly team.
This is an important role within our home. As a Domestic Assistant, you'll help ensure our residents live in a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment, supporting their wellbeing, dignity and quality of life every day.

The Role
As a Domestic Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the home.
Your duties will include:
- Cleaning residents' bedrooms, bathrooms and communal areas
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the home
- Following infection prevention and control procedures
- Safely using and storing cleaning equipment and materials
- Completing cleaning schedules and daily tasks
- Reporting any maintenance or housekeeping concerns
- Working respectfully around residents while maintaining their privacy and dignity
- Supporting a safe and comfortable environment for residents, visitors and colleagues
About You
We're looking for someone who:

✔ Previous cleaning, housekeeping or domestic experience is preferred
