Hours: 35 hours per week, 09:00 - 19:00 between Monday - Sunday
We are looking for a kind, patient, enthusiastic and reliable Support Workers to provide person-centred support to a gentleman living in his own home.
This gentleman enjoys accessing the community and engaging with his staffing team.
As a Support Worker, you will provide support with:
- Attending appointments and managing day-to-day tasks
- Accessing the local community and taking part in activities
- Managing anxiety and providing reassurance when needed
- Supporting the clients emotional wellbeing
- Keeping his home clean, tidy and comfortable through prompting, encouragement and practical support
- Building confidence and independence in everyday life
Experience of Autism essential
Full UK driving licence essential
