We are seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the safe, compliant and effective delivery of facilities services at the client's London office.
You will provide visible on-site leadership, manage the site team and service partners, and ensure a high standard of workplace support across the office environment.
Job Description
We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive leader who can build strong stakeholder relationships, maintain operational excellence, and drive continuous improvement across service quality, cost control, sustainability and workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day delivery of facilities services, including maintenance, cleaning, security and workplace support.
- Lead, support and develop the on-site team, including performance management, coaching, wellbeing and day-to-day direction.
- Build effective relationships with customer stakeholders, employees, colleagues, contractors and service partners.
- Coordinate contractors and service providers to ensure work is completed safely, on time and to the required quality standards.
- Monitor service performance, resolve issues promptly and implement corrective actions where required.
- Manage facilities budgets, purchase orders, invoices and cost controls, maintaining accurate financial records.
- Maintain records relating to maintenance activity, statutory compliance, service contracts, risk assessments and operational reporting.
- Support business continuity, incident response and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, customer experience and service value.
