Valli Forecourts Ltd. is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our Doncaster location. (Racecourse Service Station) In this role, you will be the friendly face our customers rely on, ensuring they have a positive experience while visiting our forecourt and Shop.
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will:
- Provide excellent customer service to all visitors, ensuring their needs are met with a smile.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the till efficiently.
- Restock shelves to maintain product availability and visual appeal.
- Keep the store clean and organised, promoting a welcoming environment.
- Undertake other duties as required to support the smooth running of the forecourt and Shop.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
- Over 18 years of age.
- Previous retail experience is essential.
- Ability to work nights from 11 pm until 7 am as part of a rotating shift pattern.
- Availability to work across three shift patterns: 7 am to 3 pm, 3 pm to 11 pm, and 11 pm to 7 am.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work well within a team and take initiative when required.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
