Role Purpose
We are seeking experienced and reliable Warehouse & Distribution Operators to join a growing operation serving retail and wholesale customers across the UK and internationally.
We're looking for reliable, experienced individuals with strong skills in warehousing, order fulfilment and despatch, package assembly, and handling premium food inventory.
Opportunities for career progression into skilled duties and seasonal team leader or supervisory roles will become available as the business continues grow.
Key Responsibilities
Business to Business Order Fulfilment & Despatch
· Picking customer orders accurately.
· Building pallets safely to customer specifications.
· Packing large courier chilled shipments effectively.
· Labelling and validating orders for transport and courier collection.
· Ensuring customers receive the right product, first time (OTIF).
eCommerce Operations
· Pre-building gift packs, hampers and special lines.
· Packing products carefully to maintain product quality.
· Have a natural approach to quality assurance to drive standards.
· Ensuring courier and carrier requirements are followed accurately.
· Maintaining exceptional housekeeping and hygiene standards.
Warehouse & Inventory Activity
· Contributing to maintaining accurate stock transaction records.
· Supporting regular stock counts and stock verification activities.
· Using handheld scanning equipment and stock control tools.
· Maintaining full traceability of products and materials.
· Checking inbound deliveries against purchase orders and delivery documentation.
· When necessary booking stock in accurately against the warehouse procedure.
· Ensuring prompt put-away of goods in into designated locations.
· Knowledge of food safety, quality and health & safety procedures.
· Delivering KPIs and contributing to operational improvements.

· Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution centre experience.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Good organisational skills.
· Reliable attendance and positive attitude.
· Strong work ethic, and flexible approach through day.
· Ability to work effectively within a team.
· Good written and verbal communication skills within your team.
· Confidence using warehouse systems, scanners or handheld devices.
