The City of York Council's corporate Business Support Service is offering an exciting opportunity to join the team, where you'll play a vital role in supporting the Youth Justice Service.
The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support, collaborating closely with YJS workers, service managers, and partner agencies.
Key Skills Required:

Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating tact and diplomacy.
- High computer literacy and familiarity with information technology.
- Flexibility to adapt within a team environment and manage changing priorities.
- Strong organisational skills, including effective time and task management.
- Ability to adapt working practices, suggest service improvements and be responsive to change.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-agency environment.
- Ability to efficiently organise and minute meetings.
- Ability to interrogate the case management database to obtain required information.
