About the Role
As we evolve, we are seeking an Events, PR, and Communications specialist to join our team. You will collaborate with the marketing team to support our business strategy and drive engagement and revenue. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing global events, with recent locations including New York, Dubai, and Melbourne. You will also manage publication and communication activities. As Microsoft Advertising’s largest global channel partner, Diginius provides its PPC agencies software to digital marketing agencies in over 60 countries.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing company events, including exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, and software launches.

Coordinate with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.

Develop and distribute a PR strategy to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement including press releases, media kits and other PR materials. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with press and the media.

Manage social media accounts on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X and Reddit to create engaging content to promote events and company news. Monitor these social media channels for industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant discussions.

Monitor media coverage and compile reports on PR activities.

Support internal communication efforts, including newsletters and company announcements.

Collaborate with the marketing team and the rest of the organisation to fully understand and align communications to the business needs and wider strategy of the company.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or a relevant field.

1-2 years of experience in events planning, marketing, or public relations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
