We are looking for an experienced, reliable and friendly Front of House & Bar team member to join our restaurant on a part-time basis.
We are a small, welcoming restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere. We are looking for someone with good restaurant and bar experience who is confident serving food and drinks and understands the importance of excellent customer service.
The role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and looking after customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Taking food and drink orders
- Serving food and drinks efficiently
- Preparing and serving drinks at the bar
- Basic bar duties, including preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Providing attentive customer service throughout the guest’s visit
- Setting and clearing tables
- Keeping the bar and front of house areas clean, organised and presentable
- Working closely with the kitchen and other team members
- Working calmly and efficiently during busy periods
- Following restaurant procedures and maintaining high standards

- Experienced in restaurant and bar work
- Confident serving both food and drinks
- Reliable, trustworthy and punctual
- Friendly, polite and confident when dealing with customers
- Flexible and willing to work on our busier days
- Available to work weekends and public holidays when required
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Well organised and able to remain calm under pressure
- Professional and committed to providing excellent service
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
