Job Purpose:

To provide administrative support to the Fleet Department based at our Dafen Depot.

£28,500 per annum + Overtime rate for Saturdays
Shift Pattern:

Monday to Friday *Week 1 - 06.00-15.00 *Week 2-09.00-18.00

Every 1 in 4 Saturdays (Rota Dependant) 06.00-12.00

The ideal candidate should have good computer skills, able to work unsupervised, team player, have a CAN DO attitude and pro-active in their approach to tasks.
Specific Key Accountabilities:
-
Ensure all vehicle records are compliant
-
Keep all vehicle records up to date in hard copies and in electronic format
-
Apply for VED licences and ensure these are kept up to date
-
Input technician's job sheet information electronically and in a timely manner
-
Action Vehicle Breakdowns in a timely manner to prevent excessive downtime

Keep vehicle history in an orderly system
-
Deal with all queries in a timely manner

Ensure Tachograph calibrations are "kept in test"

Raise all necessary PO's as and when required

Undertake other duties as directed by the company.
