About the Role
You’ll lead our brand-new Forest School for 3–5 year olds, set in beautiful natural surroundings with open fields, woodland, and friendly animals including sheep, pigs, chickens and horses.
This is a truly unique opportunity to create magical outdoor experiences every day — from campfire cooking and bug hunts to den building and storytelling under the trees.

- Supporting and mentoring other staff to embrace outdoor learning
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 (or above) Forest School Leader qualification
- Strong understanding of EYFS and child development
- Outdoor or nature-based experience with children
- Confidence in risk assessing, managing fire safety and tool use
- Passion for nurturing children’s connection to the natural world
- Positive, can-do attitude and a love for muddy boots and outdoor adventures!
What We Offer
- A chance to lead something unique and exciting within a growing nursery
- Supportive management team who value creativity and autonomy
- Ongoing training and professional development
- Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications
- Beautiful outdoor environment with on-site animals and nature spaces
